This 4-bedroom residence in Bandra, Mumbai was developed by our studio as a concept design for a multigenerational family, envisioned around a language of quiet luxury and refined materiality. Occupying an entire floor of the building, the home opens from the elevator lobby into a spacious entrance foyer that naturally divides the layout into two wings.

​

One end houses the parents’ bedroom along with their actor daughter’s room, while the other accommodates a couple’s suite and a thoughtfully designed toddler’s bedroom. The living and dining spaces were positioned to connect these zones while maintaining privacy within the home.

A service room was also reimagined as a dedicated makeup studio with a powder area and wardrobe, responding to the family’s lifestyle while maintaining the home’s cohesive design narrative.

The design language focuses on warmth and understated elegance, expressed through rich wooden veneers, natural stone surfaces, and finely finished PU-painted elements, creating spaces that feel calm, layered, and timeless.

Area: 435 Sqft​

This 20+ year-old, 435 sq. ft. apartment is currently undergoing a complete transformation focused on intelligent space planning and modern functionality. At the heart of the redesign is a completely optimised 7 ft × 7 ft zone, where we are introducing two fully functional washrooms—replacing the earlier layout of a separate WC and bathroom. One will serve as a private master washroom within the bedroom, while the other will function as a common powder toilet.

Alongside this, the kitchen and living areas are being thoughtfully reworked to improve flow, usability, and visual openness. Every intervention is aimed at making the home feel significantly more spacious than its actual footprint, without compromising on comfort or practicality.

​This 450 sq ft space was shaped around a very personal way of living — where quiet matters, books are part of everyday life, and every corner has a purpose beyond just looking good.

From carving out a defined entry that gently holds back the rest of the home, to allowing the living and dining to feel more intentional, to letting the library seamlessly become part of the space — every decision here was made to support how the home is actually used.

Type: Studio Apartment to 1BHK

Location: Goregaon

Area: 220 Sqft​

This 220 sq. ft. studio apartment in Goregaon, Mumbai was completely transformed into a fully functional 1-bedroom home through strategic space planning and efficient design.

 

The kitchen was relocated to the living room wall to create a larger, more practical layout, while the former kitchen was converted into a compact 6’-6” x 9’ bedroom with a queen-size hydraulic storage bed, full-height storage, and a TV console.

 

The bathroom was optimized with separate dry and wet areas, along with a custom marble sink, wall-hung WC, and a sleek vanity. Large-format grey stone-finish tiles in bathroom, walnut wooden flooring in the entire area, and a cohesive color palette enhance the sense of openness.

 

Smart additions like a convertible desk, wall-mounted dining table, wall-to-wall wardrobe, and space for a small sofa ensure the home remains both stylish and highly functional.

Elegance meets sophistication in this opulent full-scale renovation at Shiv Prasanna, Vile Parle (E) .

 

A regal dining area, V-groove mirror foyer, and a spacious living room with a charming entertainment unit and a cozy reading nook set the tone.

 

The kitchen balances style and function with high-gloss cabinetry, a marble-finish backsplash, and a sleek breakfast counter. The master bedroom exudes luxury with monochromatic tones and a tufted headboard, while the daughter’s room shines with a velvet headboard, textured wallpaper, and Hollywood-style lighting—blending glam with personal style.

We transformed this new office at Corporate Annexe, Goregaon, into a vibrant hub for creativity and productivity!

 

The layout includes 15 spacious staff desks, a welcoming reception, a small pantry, separate washrooms, and a sleek director’s cabin by the glass façade for natural light.

 

A chic blend of black, grey, and glossy white with warm wooden tones creates a contemporary yet inviting vibe. Beveled mirrors and decorative accents elevate the entrance, while outdoor paneling and brick-style details add character, making the space both functional and inspiring.

Location: Kanjurmarg

Area: 550 Sqft​

This 2BHK home in Kanjurmarg, Mumbai spans just 550 sq. ft., thoughtfully designed for a multi-generational family where every inch had to work with purpose.

 

The master bedroom carries a clean contemporary character for the young couple, while the parents’ bedroom introduces a vintage warmth through walnut finishes, brushed gold lighting, and vintage style wardrobe. The living room is intentionally minimalist, replacing a formal dining area with a serene multi-purpose nook for reading, work, prayer, and even a cozy corner for their pet, with a simple wall-mounted mandir above.

 

The compact kitchen balances function and elegance through handle-less sage green and wood cabinetry, inbuilt storage solutions, pantry-style shelving, and a fluted glass sliding door framed in wood. Thoughtful custom details—from pivot baskets and a pull-out mirror to carefully planned furniture spacing—ensure the home feels practical, warm, and open.

This renovation at New Vinay, Santacruz (E), refreshed aesthetics, maximized storage, and optimized space with effortless elegance.

 

A full-height TV unit adds style and function, while an entrance partition enhances storage and dining privacy.

 

Elevating furniture off the floor created a spacious feel. The master bedroom now features a wall-to-wall wardrobe providing ample storage for current and future needs and with better circulation space. New lighting design, light wood cabinetry, terrazzo textures, and designer hardware brought a fresh, sophisticated touch. Eclectic wallpapers in key areas add the perfect finishing charm!

Area: 450 Sqft​

This 450 sq. ft. 1BHK apartment in Malad, Mumbai was designed for a music teacher and her mother, with a focus on creating an expressive home that reflects the client’s personality. Departing from our usual preference for classic wood tones and vintage palettes, this home embraces a more vibrant colour scheme inspired by the client’s taste.

​

The living room is centered around the client’s piano, which occupies the former dining corner and is paired with a wall-mounted altar above, forming a beautiful focal point. An L-shaped seating arrangement allows for relaxed lounging, while the TV unit also doubles as additional seating when the client’s music students visit. A panel door was introduced to provide privacy by screening the direct view toward the kitchen and bedroom when guests are present.

In the bedroom, a wall-to-wall wardrobe designed for maximum functionality features a distinctive brick-toned finish that sets the colour direction for the space. The bed is highlighted by a curved camel-brown upholstered headboard, echoing the use of soft curves introduced across the home. The palette includes soft pink in the living room, subtle lime green in the bedroom, and natural white finishes in the kitchen, bringing warmth and character to this compact residence.

This two-bedroom apartment at New Ambivali, Andheri is a serene retreat for a Bollywood writer, designed to balance work and relaxation.

 

Featuring a neutral palette with a vintage woody theme, the space reflects his lifestyle and career aspirations.

 

A custom work desk in the living room caters to his writing needs, while a smaller bedroom was transformed into a stunning home library, showcasing his extensive book collection. Thoughtfully designed, this home is both functional and inspiring.
