Returns and Cancellations

Our Return and Cancellation policy is easy and customer friendly. We offer return and replacement or cancellations subject to the following terms and conditions.



You can cancel the order within 24 hours subject to the cancellation charge as mentioned in the Fees structure of our return policy.

No cancellations are allowed once the order is shipped. In case of any exception, at the sole discretion of Luxerior, two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

Time Frame for Filing Returns – Within 24 Hrs of receipt of the item


What is Eligible for Returns

Product Mismatch: If the item that you ordered and the item received are different.

Damages: If the item delivered is damaged/ broken.

Manufacturing defect: Defects that hinder the intended use of the product. Natural characteristics of materials are not considered defects.


What is not Eligible for Returns

We always try to assure you a hassle-free return, but there are certain exceptions as below:


If the return request is made after 24 hours of receipt of the product.


If anything is missing from the original packaging such as price tag, accessories, labels etc and original packaging is damaged or missing.


Product damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.

Customized products or Sale items are not eligible for returns.


All return and cancellation filings are subject to final approval by our inspection team.


Luxerior has all rights to reject returns for any order.



Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated after deducting the charges as follows-

Invoice Value Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 : Rs. 150

Invoice Value Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 : Rs. 350

Invoice Value Rs. 3000 - Rs. 9999 : Rs. 500

Invoice Value Rs. 10000 and above : 10%



How to initiate Cancellation and Return

You can reach us at to initiate returns. Once we have received your request, we will get in touch with you to further understand the issue and will process the request for refund.


How to report damaged items

In the event that the items have been damaged, please ensure you all have a record of the driver’s name. If a package or box appears damaged, Please write ‘PENDING INSPECTION’ or ‘APPEARS DAMAGED’ on any documents the driver requests you to sign.

For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.

The image file size should not exceed 5 MB.

Any products damaged post delivery to the customer, shall not be accepted for return.



Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. In case reverse pick-up is not available in your pin-code you can courier the product back to us via a track-able method after the return approval is received. Once the merchandise is back at our address, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account in 20-25 Days.


Gift Voucher/Discount Coupon Usage Refund

If the order value becomes zero on the usage of any gift vouchers or discount coupon codes, for such instances, there will be no refund provided and in return we will reinstate the “Gift Voucher” or “Discount Coupon Code ” with the respective amount, which you can use to redeem any other product of your choice from our website.



Warranty Policies


You can claim for repairs/replacement of the items that come under the warranty as offered. Repair or return of the item during the warranty period is subject to the review, verification, and confirmation of the manufacturing defect by the customer care team. Repair or return of the item shall happen only at the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Repair or return of the item will be honoured only in cases of no alteration or modification in the originally purchased product.


What’s Not Covered Under Warranty?

Damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.

Damage in the product resulting due to improper installation or assembly by a third party brand or seller, improper and irregular maintenance of the furniture, inappropriate storage ways, water or moisture damage, discolouration due to direct exposure to sunlight, etc.

Breakages in glass or mirror, torn-off stitches, and marks in the products after acknowledgement of the proper open delivery of the product.
